After processing, hair orders will deliver within 1-5 business days.

Please allow additional time for delivery based on your location.

Lashes are delivered within 2-3 business days after processing.

Hot tools will be delivered within 3-5 business days after processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Kendra's Collections is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

In the event of a lost or stolen package, please contact UPS Customer Service at 1-800-742-5877 for assistance.

 

Address Accuracy:

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.

Kendra's Collections is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Please double-check and ensure the accuracy of your shipping address before submitting your order.

 

No Changes for Incorrect Addresses:

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
