By enrolling in The SADITY Society membership program offered by Kendra’s Collections, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Membership Tiers & Benefits The SADITY Society includes exclusive tiered membership options: Bombshell Elite, Luxe List, and Glam Goddess Club. Each tier provides members with specified benefits including—but not limited to—priority access to new launches, exclusive beauty boxes, early access to sales, surprise gifts, deluxe birthday rewards, and double rewards points on eligible purchases. Kendra’s Collections reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any membership benefit at its sole discretion with or without prior notice. 2. Billing & Renewals Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection at sign-up). By subscribing, you authorize automatic payments until cancellation. All payments are non-refundable. Memberships may be canceled at any time, but benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. 3. Welcome Kits & Gift Items Select tiers include one-time welcome kits and curated gifts. These items are available while supplies last and may be substituted based on availability. 4. Member Exclusivity Memberships are non-transferable. Benefits are intended solely for the registered member and may not be shared or sold. Access to private sales, events, and collaborations is subject to availability and may be invitation-only. 5. Communications By joining The SADITY Society, you consent to receive member-exclusive emails and texts, including newsletters, early access alerts, and promotional updates. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. 6. Termination Kendra’s Collections reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership without refund in the case of abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms. 7. Changes to Terms We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of your membership after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
